It will provide high-quality coaching relevant to the respective age and stage of the players, educating them in line with the DUFC Academy philosophy and methodology as outlined in the Academy Performance Plan.

• Lead by example to ensure all players live by the Academy Values ​​as we develop better youngsters as well as players within the DUFC Academy.

• Leading and/or support coaches both in training and in sessions (Saturday and/or Sunday)

• Complete individual player feedback reports after each match and Individual Development Program Cycle.

You must be eligible to work in the UK.
• Valid Scottish FA Advanced Children's License (or entered as a candidate).
• Professional Continuing Development Form with Scottish FA or equivalent (minimum of 15 hours in the last 3 years).
• Coaching experience within relevant age groups U11-U12s.
• Strong IT skills, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent age and stage specific communication skills of players and other relevant partners (eg parents, academy staff).
• Ability to relate to and understand young people, demonstrating personality and
