Luton Town FC Community Trust is seeking to hire a Program Manager who will direct the Education, Employability and Learning line of work and will be responsible for the programs named within it. Working collaboratively with key partners, they will design and implement future-focused programs to support positive outcomes in line with the needs of our community and the objectives of LTFCCT.

The Program Manager will lead the Education, Employability and Learning line of work and will be responsible for the programs named within it. Working collaboratively with key partners, they will design and implement focused, forward-looking programs to support positive outcomes in line with the needs of our community and the objectives of LTFCCT.

The Program Manager will contribute to departmental strategy and will support the senior management team in developing appropriate partnerships and funding opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee the management and execution of all education, employability and learning programs, including but not limited to; Premier League elementary school stars, high school support, the twinning project and supporting Luton for its employability.

· Line Manage the department’s staff team that includes community trainers, community and youth workers, and HLTA. · Ensure that a variety of effective learning methods are integrated into the execution, providing an opportunity for participants to fully contribute to the planning and execution of activities.

· Ensure that all programs are executed securely and meet funders and organizational KPIs.

· Understand and adhere to the Trust’s policies and procedures with regard to safeguarding, codes of conduct, health and safety, and equality and diversity, to ensure that all activities are accessible.

· To be the main point of contact and representative of the Trust for Education, Employability and Learning program associations. · Contribute to the growth and development of the portfolio of Education, Employability and Learning programs, identifying new areas of work and funding channels.
