Everton Ladies is recruiting for Goal Keeping coach to join the Everton Ladies first team. You will be responsible for the development of the ELFC first and development team goalkeepers whilst ensuring consistency of delivering the relevant technical programme by all GK coaches throughout the club.
To liaise with the ELFC First Team Manager on a regular basis and report progress.
To develop a Senior Goalkeeper coaching strategy.
To design and deliver coaching sessions in consultation with the ELFC First Team Manager.
To submit individual assessments of goalkeepers (both in training and match day situations) to the ELFC First Team Manager on a weekly basis.
To submit mid and full season progress reports to the ELFC First Team Manager.
To play a part in the assessment and recruitment of potential new goalkeepers
To identify resource needs and report as appropriate.
To assist in developing goalkeeping coaching strategies for all goalkeepers within ELFC.
Support all aspects of goalkeeping recruitment, support and development
Work with all staff to ensure an appropriate environment to both attract and produce top class goalkeepers.
- It is essential that you have a UEFA B Level Goalkeeping Award, and a flexible approach with a proven commitment to teamwork.
- Proven record of coaching elite goalkeepers.
The hours of work will vary, and you will need to be flexible, weekend work will be required.
