Avanza Sports is looking for a dedicated and outstanding person with a high motivation to be an integral part of the work team of the Real Madrid Foundation Summer Campus in the USA. This person will be vital in the implementation in the field of methodology and training sessions defined by the Managers of the Real Madrid Foundation.

The chosen candidates will travel through different cities of the United States carrying out the Real Madrid Summer Campus. The management team will be constituted with the Avanza Project Manager, Campus Director of Avanza and Field Coordinator of Avanza. The Technical staff will consist of 2 Real Madrid Managers and 4 Spanish trainers (per route).


  • Minimum of 4 weeks traveling through the USA between the months of June and July (a maximum of 7 weeks).
  • Attend to a training prior to the trip to the USA (Mandatory).
  • This training can be given online depending on the location of the selected candidate.
  • Assist the Project Manager in the planning, operations, logistics and execution of the Real Madrid Foundation Campus.
  • Coordinate with the Managers of Real Madrid that supports and ensures the technical aspect of the project.
  • Responsible for relations with suppliers: Facilities, physiotherapists, photographers, housing, Real Madrid staff, local trainers, etc …
  • Manage operational material of the project: office supplies, branding, sports equipment, USA telephone, credit cards, uniforms, etc …).
  • Responsible for keeping an accurate and detailed inventory of the operational material of the project.
  • Organize catering for staff in each location.
  • Operations and Logistics daily.
  • Manage and supervise the transport of sports equipment between cities.
  • Responsible in logistics and organization of the Clinic for trainers on the Sunday before each Campus (the Clinic is carried out by the Managers of Real Madrid).
  • Management and supervision of HR (Real Madrid staff, Avanza Sports staff, etc …)
  • Follow the behaviour patterns in the field and outside it.
  • Reporting daily to the Project Manager and the Managers of Real Madrid.


  • Honorarium: will be defined according to the candidate (range between $ 450- $ 550 USD per week).
  • Round trip flight of USA covered.
  • Diets, accommodation and transportation are included.
  • Real Madrid uniform.


  • Passionate about organizing and managing sporting events.
  • Leadership, organization and management skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and critical thinking under pressure.
  • Organized and excellent communicator.
  • Experience working in the world of football and / or with children in a working environment of the Summer Campus.
  • Perfect communication skills in English.
  • Minimum one year of experience working with children and / or in organization and management of sporting events.
  • Criminal record certificate to work with children.
  • ÔÇťHEADS UP to Youth SportsÔÇŁ certification completely free and online * (Avanza team will help in this aspect)
  • First Aid Certification is a plus.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Valid passport.
  • ESTA visa * (Avanza team will help in this aspect).
  • Travel insurance to USA * (Avanza team will help in this aspect).
  • Criminal record certificate to work with children.
