Charlotte FC is actively seeking a Video Analyst who will be responsible for providing a broad spectrum of performance analysis to our technical staff. This candidate should act as a performance subject matter expert in the field. The incumbent will be part of an elite culture that will work throughout the football operations department. We are looking for someone who understands and lives our values and understands and wants to be part of our team.
Watch matches at both individual player and team level and provide player evaluations according to club philosophies and playing styles.
Attend Charlotte FC first team games and training sessions, clip and code the game as instructed.
Manage the internal database of images to illustrate the styles and philosophies of play of the first team (at both team and individual level)
Produce content in First team to assist in staff education and decision-making processes.
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
Additional related duties as assigned.
You must have an excellent knowledge of football.
At least 2 years of college or professional experience.
Familiarity with creating and presenting video content.
You must pass the pre-employment screens.
