Administers a competitive men’s soccer program that emphasizes integrity and the educational welfare of its student-athletes, and strives for excellence within the University’s mission; coordinates recruitment; prepares reports; participates in program and budget planning; develops athletic event schedules; and serves on the Athletics Council; serves as the liaison between the Athletics Department and the Office of Admissions to coordinate on-site visits, shares information on prospective student-athletes and/or leads, and coordination of off-campus recruiting activities; responsible for supporting recruitment and enrollment processes for prospective student-athletes and maintains records of prospective student-athlete visits and resources spent on off-campus recruiting activities; serves as liaison with Academic Advising, Tutorial Center and Registrar’s Office to coordinate academic reports; and prepares academic reports of activities including statistical analysis; and monitors academic reports for all student-athletes.


  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • A minimum four years of soccer coaching experience.
  • Fluency in American Sign Language.
