The Goalkeeping Coach is responsible for planning, controlling and managing the technical and tactical training loads of the goalkeepers, assisting the Head Coach of the category with an individualized approach and development in training.

Among the responsibilities to be carried out are the following: Define the annual, semi-annual and weekly technical and tactical planning for goalkeepers of the U20 category. Support the Performance Analyst with individual goalkeeper video planning and post-training approach; Understand the individual needs of each U20 goalkeeper in the club Organize the individual development routine for goalkeepers in the category.

About three years of knowledge and experience are required. COACHES FOR JUVENTUS ACADEMY DUBAI AND JUVENTUS ACADEMY SHARJAH

FFG Sports Management is pleased to announce that it is looking for a part-time coach for the Juventus Academy Dubai and Juventus Academy Sharjah project to join our team of qualified part-time coaches.

The coach will respectively inform the head coach of the Juventus Academy of their location.

UAE working resident VISA and soccer experience in Europe are mandatory to apply for the job opportunity.

Responsibilities to be carried out include: Conducting Football Coaching classes to children from 4 to 17 years old; developing lesson plans and participating in technical meetings; being familiar with Juventus soccer club requirements such as training guides and match reports; supporting Company events, tournaments and related activities if needed; ensuring effective interaction and maintaining good relationships with players and team members.

Characteristics, experience and qualifications to be considered: strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and speak fluent English; previous experience as a coach, player or as a soccer P.E.; passionate, with good communication skills and teamwork spirit, motivated and service-focused; committed, fast learner, willing to actively learn and able to work under pressure; UEFA Coaching qualification is preferred.

You have experience as an administrative assistant and you are a 1 year graduate; you have intermediate English (Desirable).

The objectives of the position are to provide administrative support to the Executive Coordinator of LIGA MX Femenil in the management of internal and external areas related to sponsors, social responsibility campaigns, competition regulations, operations center, minute-by-minute match notes, statistics, etc. and in the execution of the strategic plan of LIGA MX Femenil for each season in all categories, following up on assigned activities in order to meet short, medium and long term objectives.

MARKETING MANAGER FOR U.S. SOCCER FEDERATION

U.S. Soccer is seeking a Marketing Manager to join U.S. Soccer’s growing commercial team. This position will work with the director of integrated marketing to lead local and national marketing efforts that grow the fan base and generate interest and participation in U.S. Soccer programs, platforms and events.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying owned, earned and paid strategies to reach current fans and potential audiences and partnering with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts from campaign planning through implementation.

You will serve as the eyes and ears of the audience, leveraging your understanding of insights, demographics, psychographics and behavioral data to influence marketing and branding tactics. You will work closely with U.S. Soccer analytics leaders to develop success metrics, track and evaluate performance and optimize plans. You will manage cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive marketing efforts for the U.S. Soccer ecosystem.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, detail-oriented, data-driven and resourceful.

Primary responsibilities:

Establish clear objectives, marketing and messaging strategies and execute key marketing tactics for key U.S. Soccer initiatives, platforms, programs and events that meet the Federation’s business and branding objectives and leverage the totality of our marketing mix.

Develop campaign briefs and manage communication between internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure clarity and alignment of key objectives, audiences, strategies, channels, timelines, budgets, deliverables, etc. throughout the project lifecycle.

LEAD PHYSIOTHERAPIST FOR MANCHESTER UNITED WOMEN’S TEAM

The purpose is to lead the development of physiotherapy provision at Manchester United within the women’s first team and the professional playing academy (WU21 and WU16). To ensure the quality of injury prevention, rehabilitation and performance support reflects the club’s ambitions to be a world leader. Contribute to the development of processes and practices throughout the Physical Therapies department.

The role is to lead the physiotherapy department to provide first class care to Manchester United players by collaborating with other club physiotherapists, club doctors, club paramedic consultants, massage therapists, osteopaths, podiatrists and external health professionals.

Lead collaboration with soccer coaches, club physicians, performance coaches, strength and conditioning coaches, and sports scientists regarding player availability for soccer training, game selection, and strength and conditioning programs.

Ensure that complete physical examination and physiotherapy records are maintained in accordance with the Manchester United Physiotherapy Service Standards.

Maintain compliance with the Standards of Practice and relevant Club Service Standards (including the Manchester United Physiotherapy Service Standards).

Lead and organize (through delegation where appropriate) the Player Injury Prevention Program in conjunction with the Women’s Team Physician, Soccer Coaches, Performance Coach, Sport Scientists, Physical Therapy colleagues and other Physical Therapy practitioners.

Liaise with line managers for personal and departmental research support/supervision and professional mentoring as needed.

The person sought must have, BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy degree (or equivalent); Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration; proven track record in providing physiotherapy and medical services at head of department level within an elite sports medicine department; extensive experience in advanced soccer resuscitation and emergency aid procedures (demonstrated by a current FA ATMMiF level 5 certification/qualification or equivalent); excellent clinical reasoning skills; demonstrable ability to work as an effective and influential leader within a multidisciplinary soccer science and medicine team; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to mentor, build confidence and motivate athletes; strong experience in the organization and execution of acute, mid-stage and terminal Injury Prevention strategies; strong experience in assessment processes and personnel line management; extensive knowledge of relevant scientific evidence/research; proficiency in information technology systems used in the recording of sports medical, scientific and performance data and standard administration/word processing/database and presentation software; commitment to drive continuous improvement personally and in the work environment; strong personal qualities including effective communication and diplomacy skills, self-motivation, enthusiasm, and ability to work under pressure; master’s degree in a relevant sports science or sports medicine discipline (desirable)
