Today we present a new success story. It’s about the young Spanish coach, Rubén Fernando Padrón, who will coach this season the U14 team of the FS Metta academy, a team of the Latvian First Division. The experience in the training of players, his work in other youth academies, has allowed Rubén to try his luck in Latvia and live a unique experience, connected to the world of football.
Rubén was born in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and has dual Spanish and Belgian nationality. At only 20 years old, he already has extensive training and experience, holding a UEFA B licence and certification as a football analyst from the Football Federation of the Valencian Community. He has coached in three different countries (Belgium, Spain and the Netherlands), at professional clubs such as KSV Roeselares in the Belgian Second Division. He has also worked in football training camps for big European clubs such as Valencia CF and Juventus.
Rubén Padrón has taken advantage of FutbolJobs’ contacts to start his career as a coach.
